Julie Becker to Serve on AGLOA Board

The AGLOA Board of Directors voted unanimously to add Julie Becker as its newest member, effective immediately. Julie is an Academic Games alumna who distinguished herself as a Hall of Fame player at Renaissance High School in Detroit and as a coach in Ann Arbor in the 1990’s. 
 
Julie graduated from Yale Law School in 1999 and served as a clerk to the Honorable Sonia Sotomayor, then as a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals in New York. Julie spent the next 16 years representing low-income clients at the Legal Aid Society of the District of Columbia. Julie currently serves as a trial court judge on the District of Columbia Superior Court.
