Wrap up the Academic Games year with a party. It could be at school, at someone’s home, or at an establishment that hosts parties for young people. If you have it at school or someone’s home, you could supply the food and drinks from the club budget or each player can bring an item.
The party could be as simple as having chips, cookies, and soft drinks for an hour after school in your practice room, or it could be more elaborate with planned activities and a more elaborate menu.
Use the party as an opportunity to bid farewell to players who are moving to the next level (junior high, high school, or college).
