#25-34: I was a “junior.” My grandfather Cornelius made a fortune in real estate. This allowed my father to devote his energy to different charities. I had an older sister Anna, a younger brother Elliott, and a younger sister Corinne.

 

#35-44: My birth name had a III at the end of it. My father, a traveling salesman, died in an automobile accident several months before I was born. My mother, Virginia, worked as a nurse. After my father’s death, she married my stepfather, divorced him, then married him again.
